01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdt7 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, redeeming a bonus, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdt7. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of bdt7 after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdt7's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform at the time of a relevant offer.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

bdt7 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make any deposit, or place any wager. By completing registration, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. bdt7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Registration Requirements

To open a bdt7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered to your identity, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bdt7 account at any time. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. bdt7 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds may be forfeited.

Excluded Persons

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been permanently excluded from bdt7 or any associated platform.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bdt7 and its technology partners.
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Persons using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic access controls.

03 Account Obligations

As a registered bdt7 account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations:

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your bdt7 account is accurate and current. Any discrepancy between your registered details and the identity documents or payment methods you present during verification may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension pending investigation.

Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your bdt7 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdt7 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details. Responsible Use

You agree to use bdt7 solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party wagering purpose. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are wagering funds you can afford to lose. bdt7 strongly encourages all players to use the deposit limit and session time-out tools available in the account settings panel.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdt7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending compliance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bdt7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdt7 wallet instantly upon payment confirmation from the respective MFS provider.
• bdt7 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering on bdt7. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without genuine wagering activity is not permitted and may result in account review.
• You must only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one hour during operational hours (8 AM – 12 AM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational window.
• Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or ongoing investigation of account activity.
• bdt7 reserves the right to apply additional anti-money-laundering checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt7 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all bdt7 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of publication.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bonus balance, which is held separately from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• bdt7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts and in active use.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering completion process.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%), and sports bets contribute at a rate determined by the specific promotion. Exact contribution rates are always stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Abuse of Promotions

bdt7 actively monitors accounts for signs of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting strategies using bdt7 promotions in conjunction with external platforms, low-risk wagering patterns specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated group exploitation of the same promotion. Where abuse is identified, bdt7 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or close the account.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on bdt7 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by bdt7's cricket betting rules, which are available in the Help section of the platform.

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when a bet slip confirmation screen is displayed and a unique bet reference number is issued.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a "cash out" feature is explicitly offered and available for that specific market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, bdt7 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the original stake to the player's account.
• Outright and tournament-winner markets are settled when the relevant competition concludes officially. Void rules apply to specific scenarios (e.g., event cancellation, team withdrawal) as detailed in the market-specific rules.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on bdt7 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studio. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are accessible within each game's interface.

• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's disconnection policy. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be refunded.
• bdt7 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to a player's internet connectivity issues during live casino sessions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdt7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false registration information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, address, or payment method ownership.
• Operating duplicate accounts — registering or using more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software or bots — any automated wagering software, screen-scraping tools, AI-driven betting scripts, or similar technology is forbidden.
• Money laundering — depositing funds through bdt7 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment wagering, or using the platform to process, transfer, or conceal illicitly obtained funds.
• Collusion and match-fixing — participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any arrangement that unfairly influences the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on which a wager has been placed.
• Chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate bdt7 transactions with your payment provider after using deposited funds for wagering constitutes fraudulent chargeback behaviour and will result in permanent account closure and legal referral.
• VPN or proxy use — using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls.
• Harassment of support staff — abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at bdt7 support agents will not be tolerated and will result in account review.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by bdt7

bdt7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse pending investigation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a third party acting on their behalf.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Effects of Closure

Upon account closure for reasons other than verified player-initiated self-exclusion, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets and deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 working days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct or breach of Terms may have their balance forfeited in full.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt7 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through wagering on bdt7, including losses arising from incorrect betting decisions, system errors, or odds changes.
• Loss of data, account access, or winnings resulting from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external cyber attacks beyond bdt7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracy or interruption of live score feeds, odds data, or sports event information displayed on the platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) in connection with bdt7 transactions, where that loss originates from the third-party provider's systems or policies.

bdt7 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where bdt7's liability cannot be excluded by law, bdt7's maximum liability to you for any single claim is limited to the total real-money funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms

bdt7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdt7 will notify registered players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request before the revised Terms come into effect. Continued use of bdt7 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notification to players.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
